The Business Desk - Managers of a Sheffield’s private healthcare provider plan further development during 2020, following a year in which the hospital invested millions on infrastructure and equipment. BMI Thornbury Hospital, in Fulwood, which since the summer of 2019 has invested £2.5m into refurbished private rooms, flooring, beds, tools and other equipment, was given a boost recently when it achieved a ‘Good’ rating from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
