DERBYTELEGRAPH -  Derby  -  (Adam Toms) - A new heart clinic has opened in Littleover amid large NHS waiting lists for cardiac treatment. Opening earlier this month, medical professionals at Your Heart Scan say the added stress of waiting extended times, currently four months, is having a detrimental effect on the lives of many locals.
People can self-refer themselves without a prior appointment from their GP to the service at Dental Perfection for a check-up using echocardiography technology which checks the health of their circulatory system.
